Toodledo's powerful search tools allow you to construct simple or complex search criteria to find exactly what you're looking for. Once you have made the perfect search, you can save it for quick access in the future. Additionally, with Toodledo's Batch-Edit tool, you can quickly edit a bunch of tasks at the same time.
Toodledo has a simple interface that will allow you to build a set of rules that will match the tasks that you want to find. See figure 1
1 To get to the search page, click the "Search" link in the Ribbon on the left side of the page when you are viewing your tasks.
2To add a new rule, click "Add New Rule"
3 Use boolean operators (AND/OR), sub-rules, and a large selection of parameters, to construct any search that you want.
4Each rule is on its own line. The "Match Any" or "Match All" option will determine how each rule is applied to your tasks. If you select "Match Any", each rule will be applied independently to your tasks. A task that matches any of your rules will show up in the results. If you select "Match All", a task will only appear in the results if it matches every rule that you have set up
5To split a rule into two sub-rules, click the Plus icon
