Full-featured all-in-one Calendar and To-Do List. Scheduled task are shown in calendar views as well. An automatic interchange of tasks and information about their completion via sms and email.

In fact, calendar events are always concerned with tasks to be fulfilled. There is no sense to keep in a calendar an event, if you are not going to do something with it, i.e. to join functionality of both applications seems the right way to proceed.
